St. Andrew's Regional High School - International Program

International students and conversation partners had fun at the annual end of year fish & chips lunch. Students then hopped on a whale watching boat and were lucky enough to see the only whales reported that day.

Recently, a group of International students enjoyed a couple of days exploring Vancouver. The students took in a double feature at Fly Over Canada, dined and played at Sunset Beach, water taxied to Granville Island and took in some shopping at Robson Street before heading home to Victoria.

Students had fun in the snow at Mount Washington. Novice and experienced skiers got to enjoy a different take of living on the island with mountains, snow and sun.

Our intrepid international students were able to enjoy an end of season kayak trip this past week. Todd Inlet provided a fantastic venue for the group to experience the beauty of the west coast. Looking forward to our next adventure! Many thanks to Experience Concepts and Pacifica Paddle Sports.

International Student BBQ was a great success. Willows beach provided a wonderful back drop for students, staff and host families to enjoy games, conversations and food.

International students capped off 2 days of orientation with a scavenger hunt in downtown Victoria.

Congratulations to the Grads of 2021! A total of 12 international students have graduated from St. Andrew's Regional High School this year with all moving on to post secondary institutions such as University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and University of Manchester. Great accomplishments from such a great group of students.

What a great way to end the year! International students graduating from St. Andrew's Regional High School and students returning to their home country were treated to a kayaking trip in and around the Victoria inner harbour.

Students in the St. Andrew's Regional High School International Program ended the last day of classes with a magical trip of whale watching with Eagle Wing Tours.

Fun, Farewell and Fish. International students and conversation partners enjoyed time together one last time. Fisherman's Wharf was a great setting for fish and chips and fun. Great weather, great setting and lots of conversation.
