🧡Tomorrow is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation also known as Orange Shirt Day.

Please note our modified campus hours as we take time to honour the children and families impacted by residential schools, including survivors and those who never made it home.

We encourage you to consider attending a local National Day for Truth and Reconciliation event, or using the day to learn more about Indigenous history and what reconciliation means to you.

RRU is located on the traditional Lands of the Lekwungen-speaking Peoples, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. With gratitude, we live, work and learn here.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our Clothing Rally so far!

Because of our generous community, we have already gathered so many fantastic items for the upcoming Clothing Rally at Colwood Campus Connect.

Sustainable fashion is all about sharing resources and giving great clothes a second life. We want to ensure every student has access to warm layers, everyday wear, and professional clothing for the semester ahead, but we still need more items to fill the racks.

How you can help:
Clean out your closet and donate clean, gently worn clothing. We are actively collecting:
- Warm jackets, coats, and rain gear
- Sweaters, hoodies, and long sleeves
- Casual basics and denim
- Business casual and professional wear for presentations and interviews

Check out the link in our bio for campus drop-off locations, collection hours, and the full schedule for Campus Connect at the Colwood Campus. Let us support one another and build a stronger, more sustainable campus together!
