as i laid on the floor of my bedroom completely immobilized by pain, my daughter came in and delivered me a funeral. the death of my first act so i may re-enter full again. full of the feral ferocity i see in her at 7 that i will do everything i can to keep alive in her. without prompting, she turned off all the lights, closed all of the doors, made an altar by my head of a clock, lavendar, and a childhood toy, on a mat i crocheted for her. she covered me in a blanket, put coins on my eyes, and sung around me in circles. chanting about going to sleep forever. i said nothing, witnessing my own death and rebirth granted by her.

i praised her afterwards for her presence, attention, and ritual, as she longs to become a practiced witch. she will be a far more powerful one than i will ever be.

what if you viewed self-pleasure as spiritual practice? what if your body was the Earth and you tended your flesh with gratitude and presence? what if you didnt go extracting for or***ms with machine, but sat with how much you were able to feel through the highly sensitized pads of your fingers?

in pre-patriarchal societies, free sxxuality was based in mutual pleasure, that the abundance felt was a direct correlation to the abundance of the land and gardens.

it was always Mother in the Beginning.

i’m in deep personal re-education towards matriarchy as the only option. this is Heide Goettner-Abendroth, a matriarchal anthropologist on modern matriarchy and how do we get there collectively.

she ends her talk with this line, “Take the toys from the boys.” and whoa if it isn’t hitting hard. in deep evaluation of SW, AI, p**n. (unearned access).

in matriarchal societies all goods are put in the hands of the grandmother. the economy is in the hands of women. they are societies of consensus. “PERFECT MUTUALITY”. grandmothers guide clans without ruling. everybody is mother, sister, brother to everyone.
