This June, we're reaching out to q***r refugee newcomers in Victoria, BC, who want to share their resettlement experiences as part of Emilie's UVic PhD research study. Your perspective will help build better, more inclusive support for q***r refugees in Canada.

Two ways to participate:
πŸ”Ή One-on-one interview β€” 45–60 minutes, private, $50 honorarium
πŸ”Ή Small group advisory council β€” 4–6 sessions, $50 honorarium per session

Eligible participants are:
βœ” Q***r or LGBTQ+ identified
βœ” Resettled in Canada through a refugee program
βœ” 18+ and living in Victoria, BC
βœ” Comfortable participating in English

Our graduate student, Jie Li, is recruiting Asian immigrant parent couples for her dissertation study. Couples will participate in interviews to share their parenting experiences, and each couple will receive a $50 honorarium for their time.
