As we take time today to remember the Founder and the legacy he left the world, we should also reflect on the responsibility he entrusted to his successors to maintain the integrity of his purpose: that Taekwon-Do is for all, that we should live by the Tenets and observe the Oath.
As we reflect on the image of the Taekwon-Do tree, we might recognise that there are strong roots and a trunk from which many branches and twigs grow - it is in the nature of the tree to grow, develop and divide, but remain connected.
The Founder had an intuitive foresight of the needs of the world.

Pacific ITF Taekwon-Do is proud to announce the start of our Kids program. First class was Saturday at 4pm and was a great success, reach out if you have a child you think might want to try out Taekwon-Do and develop great skills for the rest of their life. Pacific ITF Taekwon-Do is back and fully running. We are running classes out of the Colwood Community Hall on Friday and Saturday evenings. Friday between 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Saturday 4:30pm - 5:30pm. Come on by and say hello and try a class out.

So excited to say that WE ARE BACK! Starting November we will be running class Saturday 4:30pm - 5:30pm at the Colwood Community Center. Give us a call or text if you need info or directions.

Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak and subsequent closing of schools, community centers and the governments suggestion that social gatherings should be limited.
All classes at Pacific ITF Taekwon-Do are CANCELLED.
This is effective at least till the end of March. We will assess once we have the all clear that we can resume normal operations.
Our hope is to resume the normal schedule starting in April.
If you have questions or concerns please call Mr. Lambert or reach out through Facebook and we will try to answer your concerns.
