One of our Chefs will work with you to plan a bespoke menu ideal for you and your guests, full of modern creative and rustic treats, using local foods as often as possible. In addition to more elaborate affairs, we offer morning office catering (including hot coffee and warm baked goods), simple lunches and afternoon treats. Come into our CAFE Monday through Saturday and join us for hot Discovery Coffee, home baked goods, and a selection of soups, salads and sandwiches. On Thursdays we have a Chef’s Plate, a hot lunch specially cooked and served at our main demo station. And on Saturdays we offer the city’s best breakfast sandwiches. Our PANTRY stocks fresh and frozen soups, flavoured salts, spices, infused oils and vinegars, relishes, chutneys and sauces, all prepared in-house. We also carry our favourite cookbooks, and other local and international fare.
