More like GPS- There are 3 phases and 5 keys that unlock the secrets to quitting smoking. The plan will show you how to get ready to quit; when the best time to quit is and why cold turkey is a bad idea.. That is the addiction talking and that there is a part of you that would like to quit. You would like to do it without all the agony and tortuous pain that is often associated with quitting. Right? You can do it with this plan and method. This program goes into great detail about how to radically change the thought process that is often keeping you addicted. Once this foundation has been reprogrammed you will be operating on a more empowering system and therefore you will be able to make better decisions for yourself. (In fact, this works on any thing you would like to change in your life.) This method shows you how to focus on what is possible and not what you believe to be impossible. if you switched to va**ng i recommend you switch back. if you want to end this addiction just work towards not smoking for 10 minutes in the morning. Your goal, to know when you're ready to quit is when you can comfortably go 4 hrs without smoking once you are awake .

if you can't do 4 hrs how on earth can you quit? come on!!!! lets get you ready okay?
