We are now about 1/3rd of way through the Bike Overhaul class for COVID19 shut ins. The next step is to overhaul and properly adjust you cranks an BB and the first part of that is to identify just what type of crank and BB you have on your bike. Then you can them figure out what type of tools and procedure you need to remove them. Here once again is Park Tool's spokes model Calvin to walk you though the several different types for you. The last step in truing a wheel and one of the most common problems you will have on your bike is a broken spoke. If you have rim brakes this will end ride prematurely. Well unfortunately due to current wold events we cannot teach any classes at the time. For all of you out there unable to get out of the house right now your bike has become the main way to keep fit and with riding more comes the maintenance end of things. So here is the first step in bike maintenance brought to you by the man, the myth, the legend Calvin Jones from Park Tool.
