What a good day to be alive within this beautifully alive world that may or may not be the world I’m alive in.

Another one... Dj Kahlid.

I'm crushing these intros.

It's the BONUS video :-)

And I want to hear what your mantra is in the comments down below!

So please share that with me and or straight up send me a dm with it if you'd like.

I appreciate you and thank you for tuning into the series. I'm working on new ways of creating content, and this is one of them. They'll get better... I say that to not tell me that they suck hahah.

Jk... I don't need your validation... I love them.

But like a good hot chocolate... the cherry on top is always really good too.

(If that flew by your head... the cherry meant to share your feedback with me on how it was for you)

Now, I'm going to...

Oh man, I still can’t believe the thing that didn’t happen somehow happened exactly the way it didn’t.

That first line was confusing eh.

Well, welcome back to the final video in the 6-part series on changing the way that you see yourself... or at least so you thought ;-)

It's just as good as all the rest except for the fact that I stepped in dog p**p... and if you knew me, you would know that's a no-no.

Anywhoo.
Not to waste your time.

I got that guide if you want it... It's really good and easy to go through, and I promise that it will help you change the way that you see yourself.

But honestly... It's so good that you probably shouldn't comment a "🦈" emoji to get it sent right to your DMs.

ANNND SUPRISE THERE'S A BONUS VIDEO.

The caps lock is me being overly happy not yelling at you.

So that's coming tomorrow :)

What fun.
See you then.

And oh yeah...
Have the best day of your life today

I can't believe this...

It's day 5 of the 6-part video series on changing the way that you see yourself...

And oh boy, this is my favorite one.

ReMIND. Re-mind. Re mind. Bring Back To Mind.

If you want the guide that breaks this down more, comment an "🍆" emoji and I'll send it your way.

Hey... If they had a zucchini emoji, I would have rather used that... but here we are.

Tune in and follow along for the final part of the video series coming tomorrow ;)

Stop and listen to this.

This is part #4 of the 6-part series on changing the way that you see yourself.

Boom shakalaka.

If you want the free guide that puts all of this together for you and will help you change the way that you see yourself... Comment the "🥑" emoji, and I'll smash it your way.

Follow along and tune in for Day 5 tomorrow :) It's a gooder.

Read this.

I'm willing to bet that the person you want to be... is already who you are you've just convinced yourself you're not them.

In this video, I break that down.

Now, if you want the free guide that will help you change the way that you see yourself, comment the "🍌" emoji and I'll send it your way.

Get it... cause this sh*t is 🍌

Oh yeah, and day #4... is coming your way tomorrow, so follow along :)

How to change the way that you see yourself... A 6-part video series.

Follow along and tune in tomorrow for Day #2... How Do You Want to See Yourself?

Lots of love.

When you finally get better… will you still think you need to be better?
⠀
Curious… let me know in the comments below 👇🏼 🔥

I spent so much time trying to change the things I hated about myself because I thought that when I could change them, then I would feel better about life.

But they never went anywhere...
And even if I managed to change them...
I found something else to hate.

Because it wasn't the thing.
It was me and how I was seeing the world.

Once that changed...
Everything changed.

Tell me... what do you wish you could change about yourself?
And I'll hit you back with a DM containing a question I love so much.

Happy life
