A week of free TCTSY - Trauma Sensitive Yoga from my colleagues at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment.

We are witnessing a profound amount of trauma in the world at this moment. One way that CFTE shows up during these times of suffering is by creating space for our embodied self.

Next week, we are offering free online TCTSY sessions. There’s no need to register. Link is in our bio and check back throughout the week, as we will be adding sessions.

With care,
The CFTE Team

Thousands gathered today for the fourth annual South Island Powwow, held on this .

The event brought together Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members “to honour residential school Survivors, remember the children who never came home and celebrate resilience through culture and ceremony.” (). Gratitude for the generosity of the hosts for inviting all of us who are guests on this land to participate and for the ways in which that generosity opens the door to learning and hopefully moving closer to the day that the outstanding 80 of the will be completed.
