Hi NOS Members,

Instead of being closed on Good Friday (April 3rd), we’re excited to host a special guest seminar at our Vernon location.

Fresh off her Pan Am and WNO gold medal performances, Lillian Marchand will be joining us for two exclusive classes:

Schedule:
• Kids (combined class): 5:00–5:55 PM
• Adults: 6:00–7:30 PM

Both sessions will be donation-based, with all proceeds going toward supporting Lillian’s upcoming trip and competition in Brazil.

This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the top female grapplers in the world, right here at NOS. There will also be time for photos after class.
