👌It’s okay not being okay. Stop doing and just be.

Life is not always easy. Some times are more challenging than other. A new job, a move in a new area, friends who move away, struggle in family or all at the same time. It’s easy to fall into the rabbit hole of exhaustion, trying to control the situation as much as we can and fight for the best.

Ever after a severe burn-out, this tendency of pushing and hustling can still be within, even if it softens with time. The difference compared to before a burn-out is it’s easier to recognize the signs your body send and protect yourself, your mental and your physical health.

It sounds COUNTERINTUITIVE, especially in a society where we learnt :

⛔️ no pain, no gain

⛔️ play hard, work hard

⛔️ money don’t grow on tree.

✅ But if you SURRENDER

✅ and take only action in the DIRECTION THAT RESONATE WITH YOU, things will naturally flow in the right direction.

💫 When you stop thinking, you make room for new ideas.

💫 When you stop filling your agenda, you make room for new things to do.

💫 When you stop being in the future, you are more in the present.

💫 When you stop doing, you start to be.

So try to surrender at least one day per week. Don’t plan anything and just go with the flow. Do what you are calling to do on the present moment.

Drop a 💃 if you commit to try.

🤗 Hello Sunshines☀️

Some new people are starting to follow me, so I thought it was time to re-introduce myself.

I’m Céline Holistic Health Coach.

What does it mean? Let me tell you my story to help you understand.

🔥 5 years ago, I did burn out. A severe burnout.

🙅‍♀️ My body shut off. I wasn’t able to function normally for 3 months. Everything looked unbearable from the easiest basic chore at home to social interaction. And it took me 2 years to completely recover.

⚡️At this time, I thought this burnout was caused by the stress and pressure of my job. I mean, I did everything to be healthy: I ate clean, nutritious, homemade food and I exercised regularly. So I had no reason to become sick, right?

🍓 I discovered health is not just nutrition and physical activity.

💫 It’s also everything that nourishes us off the plate: our relationship, our career, our family, our finances,…. You can eat all the kale in the world, if you are not satisfied in your career or in your relationship, you will never be in good health.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Today, I inspire and help women to overcome exhaustion and burnout by improving all areas of their life, so they can regain time, energy and balance.

And you, what is your story? Tell me in comment, I’m curious and impatient to know you more.

Thanks to for the inspiration.

🛑 ✋ Stop making resolution if you want to have results.

📢 80% of resolutions fail by the beginning of February, and 92% by the end of the year.

Do you wanna be a part of these statistics? I guess NO!

🏆 At the end of the year, you want to say: “YES!!!! I did, it!”. You want to feel proud of yourself, confident, energetic, beautiful, happy,…

👎 How would it feel to fail? Probably ashamed, resentful, guilty, not enough,…

Right?

If you made a resolution: CONGRATULATIONS!!! 👏 It’s a commitment to:

💃 improve yourself,

💃 become the person you want to be and,

💃 take the responsibility for your life, health and happiness.

I’m here to make sure, you will reach you goal. So let me ask you this question:

❓DID YOU CREATE THE RIGHT SYSTEM TO MAKE THESE RESOLUTIONS SUCCESSFUL❓

If you aren’t sure:
1️⃣read my are 6 tips to make your resolution a success.

2️⃣ Re-formulate your initial resolutions to make them GOALS and PLANS following these tips.

How does it look like now? Tell me in comment 👇

Deadlines are a matter of life or death.

Deadlines are always a source of stress for a team. As soon as a deadline announced, employees start to panic and wind up. It looks like we suspected a bomb in the office.

Unrest gains the team like it’s a matter of life or death.

Employees work unceasingly until the deliverable is done.

I saw:
🥱 team members stay until the middle of the night.
😴 the lack of sleep,
🤮 the poor food delivered at the office to gain time,
🤬 the irritability,
🤯 the lack of focus
😩 and the mistakes resulting from the inhuman load of work.

The closest the deadline is, the more hours worked, and the less healthy the team is.

Could it be different with the same deadline?
✅YES!

HOW ❓
▶️ Assess the workload,
▶️ List the tasks to be done (who, when, how long does it take),
▶️ Prioritize, delegate, plan, ask for support, say no

Remember NOT all deadlines are achievable.

Sometimes it’s ok to say NO 🙅‍♀️ ⛔️
and to prioritize your well-being and mental health. 🧘🏻‍♀️✌🏻☮️

Tell me, how do you deal with challenging deadlines? 👇

🚨Calling all the corporate burnt-out women 🚨

5 years ago I barely spoke English.

A few months ago, I would have declined an offer to speak publicly in English.

But my “WHY” in my new activity pushed me to go out of my comfort zone. My goal is to help and inspire women currently in this situation, to realize that:

🦸🏻‍♀️ they have the power to design the life they dream of.

🦸🏻‍♀️ they have the power to wake up with a smile on their face, enthusiastic to go to work.

🦸🏻‍♀️ they have the power to get enough energy for themselves and their love-one at the end of each day.

It was an honour to meet Mary Ann Baynton, also called the “godmother of psychological health and safety”.

I’m so grateful for this opportunity to speak about burnout in the workplace and how it could be prevented and addressed. It was such a meaningful conversation.
