It’s the most wonderful time of the year!! ❄️☃️ We’re working hard in the classroom to finalize all our projects before winter break, but of course we find time for some winter fun!❄️

Commemorating the sacrifices and bravery of the heroes who fought for our freedoms.
In 2019, our school was visited by WWII veteran, Mr Gerry Grossman, who shared his captivating stories about the war with our students. It was an incredibly touching experience for all of us. We have recently reached out to Mr Grossman (who is 96 years old this year) to let him know our students remember his brave journey every year.

Celebrating Halloween at school has become a tradition 🎃👻🍭🍬Every year we have a big party for all the kids with lots of dancing, playing, candy hunting, and enjoying lots and lots of treats! Have a Happy Halloween, everyone! 🎃👻

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡
On September 30, we honour the lost children and survivors of residential school, their families, and the strength of their communities.
This week we have dedicated our studies to educating, reflecting, and listening to the Indigenous voices and communities. We have had meaningful conversations with our students and reflected upon how we can come together to better support reconciliation individually and as a community.
