May has been an incredibly exciting time here at Little Learners. Our students have been learning all about life cycles! From the life cycle of a plant 🪴, to a butterfly 🦋, to a frog 🐸 and the stars of the show...our chicks! 🐣 Our students have truly been immersed in all aspects of life cycles using various materials, hands on learning, observation, and discussions. The children especially loved following the stages of our chicks.. from eggs to hatching. The chicks too enjoyed all their many visits from all their new Little Learners friends. 🥰

Today at Little Learners, we are celebrating the rich culture, music and traditions of Mexico! The children are enjoying fun activities and colourful crafts, festive music, and learning the importance of Mexico's victory over the Second French Empire at the battle of Puebla. We love introducing our little learners to cultures from all around the world-helping them grow with curiosity, respect and appreciation for all!
