June is Men's Mental Health Month.
It's time we do better in the trades. We check our tools, our gear, and our sites, but we've got to start checking in on each other too.
Break the stigma. Speak up. Have your brother's back on and off the site. Real strength is looking out for your crew.

June is a month of awareness and reflection.
It brings together important conversations that highlight inclusion, mental health, and the recognition of Indigenous histories, cultures, and contributions across Canada.
Each of these moments reminds us of the importance of respect, understanding, and continued learning within our communities, different conversations, one shared purpose, building awareness and connection.

A lot of people are dealing with this; they're just not talking about it.
Look out for your crew.
Check in on your people.
And don’t ignore it in yourself either.
From precision cuts to heavy lifting and everything in between, the job sites challenge every skill in your toolbox! 🧰
