Looking for ways to help your child improve their SIGHT WORD recognition?

All you need are sticky notes and a marker.
Yes... I'll admit your kitchen (or whatever room you decide to post your words in) might look a little funny....but I guarantee if you stick with it for a while and keep giving your child different questions or challenges each day....it works! And the best part is that you can make it fun!
The improvements I have seen with my own son using this method are amazing!
Here are some examples of ways you can use the sticky notes:
⭐ Can u point to the word..."the"?
⭐ How fast can you touch the word "see"?
⭐ Let's play a game, I will say a word and if you can find it, you get a Smartie
⭐ How do you spell "and"?
⭐ Can you make this sentence..."I see my mom"?
⭐ Find a word that starts with the letter "m"
⭐ Touch 5 words you know and say them out loud
⭐ I spy with my little eye, the word...."like"
There are so many ways you can use the sticky notes. And depending on your child's willingness to engage in different tasks, you can spend a few seconds or a few minutes on them each day. All that matters is that you stay consistent. Over time, you will see results!
