Grade 4 celebrated their student-inspired “Pickle Day” today! The students came with all things related to pickles and wearing green. They presented, watched videos about pickles, made their own koolaid and overnight pickles, played pickle bingo with pickle sticker prizes, played other pickle games, tasted a dozen different pickle varieties, enjoyed other pickle-flavoured snacks, and coloured pickles to relax at the end of the day. They even got Mr. Fink to agree to join in the fun by being a pickle during their morning recess!

Every Child Matters

Today, our students wore orange and took time to learn, remember, and reflect on Truth and Reconciliation.

Through their hand art, our students shared a message of kindness, unity, respect, and hope.

Together, we learn. Together, we remember. Together, we move forward. 🧡
