Curious to know your thoughts, and how you might agree or disagree 👇🏼 💭 • Time and time again when I focus men I see I common challenge in their relationship: facing, initiating, and navigating challenging conversations which build trust, understand and bridges of deeper union. It may be the most important skill to refine in relationships.

Communicates either builds stronger bridges or burns them down in relationships. And for many couples, mastery of rupture and repair is really what’s needed to create deeper trust, intimacy, and love. The small tiffs, aggressions, walls, and contempt build up over time; fostering resentment. When both parties learn skills like non-violent communication, and how to see each other as Allie’s in their partnership, a massive shift is possible.

You’re not angry, frustrated, annoyed, confused…. A part of you is. This frame changed my life and has really improved my relationship dynamics.

The point that I want to stress is that medical science is standing on the shoulders of research that should be question.

Not solely for what’s being stated here, but also because so much RCTs are done in blue light environments and other non-natural environments that don’t emulate how we and our bodies work in nature. Not to mention that those who peer review RTCs are owned and paid for, so only the research certainly people want to get out gets out. This is also covered in these podcast episodes. It goes incredibly deep my friends.

If science is not in the pursuit of trying to prove itself wrong it’s not science anymore, it’s dogma and religion.
