We are a UBC club that manages the rooftop garden on the Nest. We aim to raise awareness, and facilitate student and community capacity around food.
Roots on the Roof oversees the usage of the rooftop garden located on top of the Nest Student Union Building. The rooftop space is composed of a 192m2 garden space, that is enclosed by a fence. The Rooftop Garden Club also oversees 5 communal garden plots that exist outside of this fenced area.
