With one day to vote left, the UBC Environmental Policy Association is proud to endorse Dylan for AMS President!
Dylan is one of our former VP Policy Development executives, who played a key role in helping us win Best Sustainability Club two years ago. Having worked with him, we are confident that he will have a positive and meaningful impact on campusβespecially for sustainability. In his time with us, he diligently wrote weekly articles on environment-related current events; his dedication to fighting the climate crisis through actionable, evidence-based policy, as our club is all about, leaves us assured that he is best equipped to work substantively towards (and further) UBCβs sustainability goals.
Regarding his platform, we specifically look forward to his commitments to:
1. Engage with local Indigenous stakeholders to integrate Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) into AMS Sustainability
2. Allocate a portion of the Sustainability Projects Fund towards measurable progress in fighting the climate emergency
Vote for Dylan today!
