🇨🇦 מבחן IELTS – המפתח שלכם לתושבות קבע בקנדה
אם אתם מתכננים להגר לקנדה דרך מסלול Express Entry, אחד הדברים הראשונים שתצטרכו לעשות הוא לעבור את מבחן IELTS General. זהו מבחן בינלאומי שמעריך את רמת האנגלית שלכם, והוא משפיע באופן ישיר על מספר הנקודות שתקבלו בתהליך ההגירה.

למה המבחן הזה כל כך חשוב?
בקנדה קיימת מערכת ניקוד שנקראת CRS – Comprehensive Ranking System. כל מועמד מקבל ניקוד על פי קריטריונים שונים – גיל, השכלה, ניסיון תעסוקתי, וגם רמת האנגלית. הציון שתשיגו במבחן IELTS ממיר לרמות CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark), וככל שתגיעו לרמה גבוהה יותר – תצברו יותר נקודות.

למשל:

אם תקבלו ציון 6 בכל אחד מחלקי המבחן (הבנת הנשמע, הבנת הנקרא, כתיבה ודיבור), תיחשבו לרמת CLB 7 – וזה מעניק נקודת פתיחה טובה.

אם תגיעו לציון 7 בכתיבה, קריאה ודיבור ו־8 בהאזנה – תיחשבו לרמת CLB 9 – ותתחילו לקבל נקודות בונוס משמעותיות שיכולות לשנות את כל התמונה ולהקפיץ אתכם למעלה ברשימת ההזמנות.

במילים אחרות – ציונים גבוהים ב־IELTS לא רק משפרים את הסיכוי לקבלת ויזת קבע, אלא גם הופכים אתכם לאטרקטיביים יותר בשוק העבודה הקנדי.

אז מה ההבדל בין IELTS General ל־IELTS Academic?
כאן חשוב להבדיל בין שני המבחנים:

IELTS General הוא המבחן הדרוש לרוב המוחלט של מי שמעוניין להגר לקנדה ולעבוד בה בתחומים כלליים. הוא כולל משימות כתיבה ודיבור בנושאים יומיומיים (כמו כתיבת מכתב או שיחה על תחביבים), טקסטים כלליים וקטעי האזנה שמתאימים לחיים האמיתיים.

IELTS Academic, לעומת זאת, נדרש בעיקר למי שעוסק במקצועות בריאות כמו רפואה, סיעוד, רוקחות או פיזיותרפיה. המבחן הזה דרוש לשם רישום לגופים רגולטוריים בקנדה (כמו NNAS) וכולל קטעי קריאה אקדמיים, ניתוח גרפים ומאמרים בנושאים מקצועיים.

לסיכום:

אם אתם מתכננים להגר ולעבוד בתחומים כלליים – תצטרכו IELTS General.

אם אתם רופאים, אחיות או אנשי מקצוע מהתחום הרפואי – תצטרכו IELTS Academic לרישוי.

איך כדאי להתכונן?
כדי להצליח במבחן ולהגיע לציונים שיקדמו אתכם:

חשוב להכיר את מבנה המבחן ולתרגל אותו.

לפתח אוצר מילים שימושי – גם לחיים וגם לשאלות המבחן.

להתנסות בכתיבה ודיבור בפורמט הנדרש.

ללמוד איך עונים בצורה ממוקדת על שאלות הדיבור והכתיבה.

ולא פחות חשוב – לדעת לנהל את הזמן נכון בזמן הבחינה.

ליווי מקצועי והדרכה נכונה יכולים לעזור לכם להבין את הדרישות, לשפר את הביצועים ולקבל פידבק שמקדם אתכם לתוצאה הרצויה.

לסיכום
מבחן IELTS הוא חלק בלתי נפרד מהדרך שלכם לקנדה:

IELTS General הוא חיוני להגירה ולעבודה כללית.

IELTS Academic הוא כלי חובה לרישוי של מקצועות בריאות.
