When I lived in Brazil, I learned the importance of celebrating life.

Brazilian birthday parties are a big deal! They’re themed and full of love and fun 🤩

Learning another language as an adult can be challenging, but what if it could be fun?

I remember learning Portuguese from scratch. I literally started by pronouncing the alphabets!

But over time, after immersing myself in the language, I realized I had become fluent.

One thing that helped me was understanding grammar. I created categories and patterns in my mind. I noticed parallels between Portuguese and my first language (English).

Did I learn Portuguese overnight? No. But making it fun was the first step.

Most people assume the CELPIP test is easier than the IELTS or PTE… but is it really? 👀🎤

Here’s the truth:

There is NO universally “easier” English test.

The best test for you is the one that matches your strengths, and the one you adapt to.

Some people perform better on the IELTS because they thrive in natural conversation with a real examiner.

Others do better on the CELPIP because they like structure, typing, and Canadian accents.

And some prefer the PTE because they’re comfortable with fast-paced integrated tasks.

But here is a helpful tip if you’re not sure which test to take ☝️

One of the biggest differences on the CELPIP speaking test is being creative and thinking on the spot. ⏱️

You’re speaking to a computer with strict time limits, so you need to organize ideas quickly and keep speaking confidently even when the topic feels random or unfamiliar.

That’s why choosing the “right” test matters more than following what everyone else says is easier.
