Day 2 of Bring a Buddy Week just got even sweeter! 🎹✨

Our first guest was a nervous Cinderella stuffy, but her amazing student partner made sure she felt right at home on the piano bench. By the end of the lesson, Cinderella was practically ready for the royal ball! 👑

We also had some serious fashion design in the studio! One of our creative students brought in her beloved bunny buddy, sporting a beautiful necklace that she handmade all by herself. Talk about multi-talented! 🐰💖

Next up, talk about the ultimate practice partner! One of our students brought in his older brother—who is currently in Moonbeams 3, his final year of Music for Young Children. They share a bench at home and in class, showing us exactly what teamwork looks like. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

We also had a hidden guest! Another student brought his turtle stuffie along. It was the perfect celebration after he mastered “turtle counting” in his lesson last week. 🐢

From fairytale princesses and custom-styled bunnies to supportive siblings, our studio is packed with inspiration this week.

Day 1 of Bring a Buddy Week at the studio was an absolute blast! 🥰🎹 We had some very special (and incredibly soft) guests join us for class today.

First up, these two amazing sisters decided to bring their favorite hedgehog stuffies as their musical buddies! These two often have a plushie companion by their side during lessons, so their hedgehogs were beyond excited to officially join the class and help them play today. 🦔🎶

Next, we love seeing how our students practice at home! This rockstar brought her favorite digital practice buddy to share with the class: the “Piano with Beth” YouTube channel. She was so excited to show everyone how she uses these awesome videos to help her practice and learn new pieces between lessons. 💻✨

It’s only day one and the studio is already bursting with so much joy, creativity, and extra support. We can’t wait to see who (or what!) shows up tomorrow!

Magic happens when pianists learn together! 🎹

Tucked away from the busy streets, our studio is home to vibrant group classes designed just for kids. We believe that music is a language meant to be shared. In our small groups, children learn the fundamentals of piano while developing ensemble skills, rhythm and a lifelong love for music alongside peers. What to Expect
In this interactive session, you and your child will:
- Try real piano exercises.

We are thrilled to announce that Chiara Ornato and Sarah Chong of our studio were winners at the Music for Young Children 39th Annual Composition Festival. Chiara achieved 2nd place in Western Canada for the Sunshine 1 level, and Sarah received an Honourable Mention for the Sunbeams 2 level. Excellent work, and congratulations on showcasing your creativity.
