Level up our skills as a community! 🫶

Zouk practice session every Wednesday at The Post, after the Zouk drop-in class! Let’s commit and practice together! 😊

It’ll be more drill-focused rather than social dancing, so we can work on things we’re not as familiar with and spend time repeating, experimenting, and improving together.

Open practice is welcome for everyone from 7:30–8:30 PM. If the small room is available after that, we’ll extend the practice time!

About Sandra & Jorge

Sandra Naccache & Jorge López are internationally recognized Argentine Tango artists, with an international career spanning more than 25 countries across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Fluent in four languages, they bring extensive experience teaching and connecting with diverse tango communities around the world.

Among their accomplishments:

🏆 2025 Canadian Champions — Tango Pista
🏆 2024 Canadian Champions — Tango Vals
✨ Finalists — 2023 Tango World Championship (Mundial de Tango), Buenos Aires
🏅 5th Place — Tango Vals, 2023 Campeonato de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires

Throughout their careers, Sandra & Jorge have been invited to teach and perform at tango festivals, events, and communities internationally.

Jorge López has served as an invited judge for official preliminary rounds of the Tango World Championship in Europe, Asia, and South America. Sandra & Jorge have also been invited to judge international tango competitions and events.

They are the founders of Dance Argentine Tango Montreal and Wanderlust Buenos Aires, a curated tango and cultural experience celebrating its 5th edition in 2027.

Each week focuses on one foundational movement or technique:
- Variations to explore
- Transitions in and out of other moves
- Applying it to music
New to Zouk? It’s beginner-friendly, so bring friends 😊
Experienced? Refine your fundamentals and explore variations at your level.

✨Open Practica · 7:30 - 8:30 PM++ (We may continue for an additional hour if the room is still available.)

Open floor to drill whatever you’re working on, ask questions, and swap ideas with other dancers.

Hustle Practice Session | Fall/Winter 2026

Thanks for supporting our Hustle Practice Sessions! ❤️ Here are the upcoming Thursday dates:

📆 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3

This practice session originally came from Boris Khramtsov ’s previous Hustle Practice Session, with the idea of creating a space for dancers to practice more, learn from each other, and grow together as a community.

We’d love to keep that spirit going! ❤️

With Hustle Van Jamme (Hustle Van Jamme) happening later this year, we’ll continue supporting this Thursday practice space through the end of 2026, especially for those who want more opportunities to practice and build a regular practice habit.

⚠️ A little note for 2027

For now, this will be the last year of our $5 practice sessions. Starting next year, we may either pause the session or raise the entry to help keep the space running sustainably.

So if you’ve been thinking about coming to practice, this is a great time to start! 😊

Bring something you want to work on, come practice with us, and let’s keep building a stronger Hustle community together. ❤️

BODY ACTIVATION POP-UP ✨

Grooving plays a big part in how we connect with and enjoy music. 🎶

This pop-up is designed to help all style dancers improve body coordination, isolation, musicality, and body awareness, so you can feel more comfortable and intentional when moving to the music.

We’ll explore how to activate different parts of your body, connect movements together, and bring more freedom and texture into your dancing.

Come move, explore, and have fun with your body!
