What an awesome day today on the water. Huge thanks to Kim Alfreds and Cheekee Monkee for helping launch the next version of Jib Set - V3. What a trip to learn that the original started in 1965 with three boats at Burrard Civic Marina. Who knew? Kim did of course. The boat was touching 10 knots in 7 knots of wind... KNOT BAD - eh?

We had our first 'bubble flotilla' to get out on the water safely this past Easter weekend, with 4 boats sailing to Pender Harbour and Secret Cove out of our Vancouver location. We'd like to thank our friends at Secret Cove Marina for providing our group with moorage (even though they were closed) when winds were high in Malaspina Strait on Saturday, as you can see in these photos.

We set sail for Hawaii tonight - you can do this without sleep deprivation or having to smell bad.... because it's VIRTUAL - pm for login details. Dan Sinclair is the only Canadian Skipper to win the Transpac Race overall and on corrected time... we'll go over the way he got there and lessons learned at 7pm tonight on Zoom
