**What still excites me about teaching after all these years?**

It's that moment when someone goes from “I can't do this” to “Oh, I get it!”

After 35+ years in the industry and over 20 years of teaching, one thing I know for sure is that everyone is capable of learning. We just don't all learn the same way.

Sometimes, it's not about trying harder. It's about finding a different way to teach.

And seeing that moment when everything finally clicks? That's what makes teaching so rewarding. ❤️
