We were deeply honoured to welcome for an incredibly empowering 2-hour workshop. Through rhythm, story, and presence, Kasiva shared not only her extraordinary musical gifts, but also her journey—speaking openly about the challenges she has faced as a female drummer, and how she rose above them with courage, passion, and purpose. Her words and spirit touched us all.
In over 35 years of teaching, studying, and hosting guest artists at Rhythm Bliss, this was the FIRST time we’ve hosted a female master African drummer. So much joy, connection, and inspiration in one night!!!

After 2½ months producing in California, I’m thrilled to share that our son and Rhythm Bliss Musical Director, lands home tonight. Drummers can expect an extra lift of joy and inspiration in our spicy rhythm classes. 💛
