🌱 BRUCE PAC: SEPTEMBER UPDATES 🌱
We hope that everyone has had a great summer! We excited to welcome new Principal Ian to our school and are looking forward to partnering with him.
Here are two important PAC updates:
1. 📌 Our first PAC meeting - Thursday, Sept. 17
Our first PAC meeting will be held in-person in the school library from 6:30PM to 7:30PM.
We will be electing our new PAC Executive and are also looking for new members and volunteers interested in helping with PAC planning, events, fundraising, sponsorship and other PAC initiatives throughout the year.
All parents and caregivers welcome!
2. 🍽️ Fantuan Hot Lunch is BACK!
Hot lunch will begin Tuesday, Sept. 29 and will now be offered twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday. We have added Subway and Ajishou as new vendors this year!
Please watch out for a paper notice and detailed email with the new ordering link and next week (Sept. 14-18).
The first ordering period will cover lunches from Sept. 29 to Dec. 10. Families are welcome to place orders week by week or order them for Sept. to Dec. all at once.
Fantuan’s ordering site will also include an optional opportunity to donate to Bruce PAC, with families able to choose the amount that works for them. Every contribution helps support PAC programs and activities throughout the school year.
We’re also looking for volunteers to help distribute lunches from 11:40 a.m.–12:15 p.m. If you’re interested in taking on a few shifts or have any questions about Hot Lunch or PAC, please reach out to [email protected]
