The Urban Camp

The first thing Sara noticed wasn’t the city. It was the people.

From the moment she arrived, Sara was watching. The way the team welcomed every student. The way they organized every detail. The way they made everyone feel seen.

There was something different about them. They weren’t just instructors. They were leaders.

During the first activities, Sara didn’t just participate; she observed.
How they communicated. How they guided teams. How they created energy in the group.
