Wrote some code to create terrifying text-based adventures. Navigated terrifying haunted house with Oculus Rift. Entered non-terrifying VR job simulator where you go to work and write some code (to create terrifying text-based adventures?)

For Fall 2016, Bluesoxx is hosting a program in front-end web development for Vancouver high school girls, Thursdays from 4 to 6:30pm. The first meeting takes place ***October 13***, register now at www.bluesoxx.com!
Members will learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript, then work together to create full-featured web and mobile sites. We will use professional-grade tools and environments like Git and Linux, but no prior experience is required. Post questions here on FB or write [email protected] for more information.

For Summer 2016, Bluesoxx is hosting a computer programming course for Vancouver high school girls, July 11-15...sign up at www.bluesoxx.com! The course kicks off with a week-long introduction to the Python programming language, then launches into individual projects where members will be able to:
+ Create a chat robot that simulates a human conversation,
+ Write a program that produces its own computer-generated art,
+ Simulate an animal population growing and shrinking in patterns,
+ Encrypt/Decrypt and break codes based on alphabet ciphers,
+ Analyze traffic patterns on google maps,
+ Or do most anything else a computer can do!
