LSLAP at the SCC!
Yesterday, the Supreme Court of Canada released its decision in Matthews v Ocean Nutrition, in which LSLAP appeared as Intervener:

This was the first time LSLAP intervened at the highest court in Canada and we are honoured to lend our voice on an issue with significant consequence to those with precarious employment.
Our sincerest gratitude to Mr. David McWhinnie and Mr. Martin Sheard for representing us. This is an exciting and precedent-setting time for our organization and we look forward to taking an Intervener role on behalf of marginalized individuals in the future.
