So proud to see our current Kits students and staff continuing the respect for former Kitsies and showing the importance of the stories of those who went to serve in the wars and those on the Kitsilano School War Boards who gave the ultimate sacrifice and didn't come home to their loved ones and community.
Now retired Department Head, Craig Brumwell created an amazing project as we prepared for the Kits100 event and our display at the War Boards on the north end of the building (the old front entrance). The project and display honored those Kits students who served and continues to ignite interest currently and the openess of staff and students to facilitate projects like this when offered the opportunity.
