Well… I guess it’s official!

C&S Catering is officially ready to serve our community!

We’re now taking orders for fresh sandwiches, salads, homemade soups, baked goods and more.

And while our menu gives you a taste of what we offer, we definitely aren’t limited to it. Have something else in mind? Ask us! We’re happy to create custom orders for just about any occasion — office lunches, meetings, workshops, celebrations, community events, family gatherings and everything in between.

We’re a small local business, making good food from scratch.

My name is Lyle Sparrow Jr , I have fished in the commercial fisheries all my life , from Vancouver to Prince Rupert , seining , tie up man and gillnetting . I bring to the table 60 years of experience. . My experience does not stop at the Musqueam territory it is coastwide .i was on the committee that started the negotiations for the new agreement and we got the Chief engaged with the political fight of the shutting down of the fish farms . I have submitted my name , for your vote for the Musqueam Fish Commission .

I Lyle Sparrow am honoured that Mary Point asked me to carve this sea going canoe , this has never been done for over one hundred years . This canoe is now on display at Vancouver International Airport . I would have never taken on this job without my nephew master carver Jodie Sparrow , Jodie also has a red seal in carpentry . I was also happy to have Dickie Louis a master carver in racing canoes . Th sank you to the many apprentices who helped us on the daily bases . We carved paddles for the canoe and for gifted for the dignitaries . My hands are up to everyone that worked with us , for I know we are all proud to be Musqueam.
