Neste vídeo, explicamos o que muda para os alunos da ILAC que estavam em programas com co-op, os cuidados necessários agora e o que precisa acontecer para que possam retomar os estudos e o trabalho em uma nova instituição.
Um dos principais desafios neste momento é a attestation letter (PAL). Para realizar a transferência, os alunos precisam de uma nova PAL e uma nova LOA. No entanto, as instituições estão enfrentando limitações na emissão desses documentos, o que pode dificultar e atrasar o remanejamento dos estudantes impactados.
Por isso, estamos organizando um abaixo-assinado aberto, sem caráter promocional, para unir alunos, agências e profissionais do setor e pedir uma resposta das autoridades para essa situação excepcional.
A ideia é somar forças e buscar uma alternativa que permita que esses estudantes retomem seus planos o quanto antes. Em breve, divulgaremos o link.

In this video, we explain what changes for ILAC students enrolled in co-op programs, what they need to be aware of now, and what must happen before they can return to school and work at a new institution.
One of the main challenges right now is the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). To complete a transfer, students need a new PAL and a new LOA. However, institutions are currently facing limitations in issuing these documents, which may make the transfer process more difficult and delay solutions for affected students.
That is why we are organizing an open petition, with no promotional purpose, to bring together students, agencies and industry professionals and ask the authorities for a response to this exceptional situation.
The goal is to join forces and seek an alternative that allows these students to move forward as soon as possible. We will share the link shortly.
