Velveteen Rabbit Sour
1 Pisco
1 Gin
1/2 Cassis
1 Lemon Juice
1 tsp Orange Marmalade
1 oz over steeped chilled Black tea
Simple syrup to taste
Nightshade Bitters
Vegan Foamer

Dry shake all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with edible flower.

A dark visit at a strange tea party celebrating the wild experiences we face everyday. A dense flavour that soothes the drinker after a long evening. Try it on the rocks or neat for a bitter sweet memory.

The Chocolate Cake
1/3 oz kaluha
1/3 oz crème de cacao
1/3 oz bailies Irish cream
Top with chantilly.
Gently pour each ingredient upon the first in order. Then enjoy!
CHEERS!
(Chantilly: 4oz whip cream. Pinch of vanilla infused sugar. Whip lightly)

Classic Margarita remixed

Spicy Mango with Tanjin rim & Hibiscus Pomegranate. Both variations are easy to make with simple ingredients for your next Mexican themed event.

Spicy Mango Margarita
2 ounces tequila
One ounce mango purée
1 ounce fresh lime
1.5 ounces simple syrup
Inch of red chillies
Splash orange and lemon juice

Muddle the red chillies into the tequila, add the remaining greens shake and pour through a sieve over ice in a glass rimmed with spicy salt

Hibiscus pomegranate Popper
1 1/2 ounces tequila
3/4 of an ounce of Cointreau
1 ounce of reduced hibiscus tea
1 ounce of fresh lemon juice
1 ounce of pomegranate syrup

Syrup and tea:
Boil one hibiscus teabag until reduced to half the volume in one cup of water. Melt equal parts of sugar into pomegranate juice.

Add the reduce tea, pomegranate juice, tequila, and all of the ingredients to a shaker. Shake on ice and strain into a glass rimmed with cane sugar.

Cinderella

Smoked HavanaClub Rum
Ampersand Gin
Lillet Blanc
Chocolate Liqueur
Lemon balm Bitters
Dash Lemon Juice to balance

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir on a large rock. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass smoke the cocktail using maple chips. Garnish with ignited orange oil. Add the peel.

This brash adaptation of the 20th Century Cocktail is a winner.
