IN A TIME OF UNCERTAINITY, WHAT IS CERTAIN IS THE FOLLOWING:
PROVINCIAL EXAMS ARE A GO FOR:
MATH 10 (AWM & FMP 10), SCIENCE 10, ENGLISH 10, SOCIALS 11, AND ENGLISH 12/COMMUNICATIONS 12 AND FRAL 12
STUDENTS/PARENTS CAN FIND THE PROVINCIAL EXAM SCHEDULE ON THIS WEBSITE UNDER PUBLICATIONS.
STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO USE THE PENTICTON PARKING LOT ENTRANCE TO THE SCHOOL GROUNDS, AS THAT ENTRANCE WILL NOT BE PICKETED. STUDENTS ARE TO ACCESSS THE GYM VIA THE DOORS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE GYM/CAF BUILDING, AND THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE WRITING IN CLASSROOMS SHOULD ACCESS THE SCHOOL VIA THE "SHIPPING AND RECEIVING" DOORS--LOCATED CLOSE TO THE AUTO SHOP.
ALL STUDENTS WRITING PROVINCIAL EXAMS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING PHOTO ID.

Topics on which PACs may offer advice and assistance:
• school philosophy and program priorities
• school regulations and general student conduct
• the curriculum, new instructional programs, facilities, equipment and learning resources
• budget, alterations and renovations to facilities
• safety programs and procedures
• alternatives for identifying, communicating and meeting unique community needs
• communicating ideas from the community to the board of school trustees and school staff
Topics on which PACs may offer advice and assistance:
• informing the community about decisions made at the school, district and ministry levels
• methods to ensure racial and cultural understanding and improve the sense of
community within the school neighbourhood
• methods of resolving school‐community differences and improving relations
• methods to encourage other community individuals and groups who do not have children of school age to attend meetings to express their ideas and share their concerns.
