10-year-old me thought being rich meant fancy cars, big houses, and never worrying about money again.
30 year old me realized the real goal was freedom.
Freedom to choose how I spend my mornings.
Freedom to decide where to trade.
Freedom to say no.
Freedom to build a life that actually feels like mine.
I still have bigger goals and bigger dreams…
But if little me could see this life today… she’d probably think we made it already 🥹

📈 What Actually Changed My Trading Results
A lot of people think becoming profitable in trading is about finding the “perfect” strategy or some secret indicator.
Honestly? That wasn’t the case for me at all.
My biggest improvements came from doing the boring stuff consistently:
✅ Stopping strategy hopping
✅ Focusing on only 1–2 setups
✅ Journaling and reviewing my trades
✅ Tracking my stats and risk-reward
✅ Prioritizing risk management over chasing profits
✅ Trading less instead of forcing setups every day
In the beginning, I wasted so much time following other people’s alerts and constantly switching strategies after a few bad trades. I thought more trades = more opportunities.
In reality, overtrading and lack of discipline were what kept me stuck.
Once I simplified everything and focused on consistency, my results finally started changing.
These days, I spend way more time scanning, preparing, and planning trades than actually clicking buy and sell.

🧠 Better Habits = Better Trading Results
Most traders think they need more screen time, more strategies, or bigger size…
But in reality, it’s the small daily habits that make the biggest difference.
Here’s what actually moved the needle for me:
1. Trade 1 hour. Not 7 – Overtrading leads to mistakes. The best setups don’t happen all day. Take the best trade and walk away.
2. Focus on 1 strategy. Not 10 – Master one edge before adding more complications.
3. Journal every day. Not every month – Track your trades, mistakes, and patterns consistently, and analyze them. What gets tracked, gets improved.
4. Risk 1% per trade. Not 10% – Big bets will NOT lead to overnight success. You need longevity in this game of trading
5. Start today. Not tomorrow – Progress comes from action, not waiting and over-planning
Trading isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things consistently.
