Brossoit Keeping Everybody Happy Laurent Brossoit is having a stellar season in Edmonton this year with a goals against average, save percentage and wins all in the top ten of the WHL statistics. Hewitt Holding Strong for Pats Matt Hewitt got his third shutout of the season last thursday and second in three games. After stopping 33 shots agains Saskatoon on Friday, Hewitt did the same thing on Wednesday stopping all 26 shots fired his way by the Prince Albert Raiders.

AGC Summer Programs The Western Hockey League is proud to announce that 19 WHL players have been invited to attend the 2011 NHL Scouting Combine. Laurent Brossoit of the Edmonton Oil Kings is the lone WHL goaltender to be invited to the combine. The 18-year-old from Surrey, B.C., appeared in 34 games for the Oil Kings
