Move aside French pastries ! Here comes the Lübecker Nusstorte! Check out our website for our seasonal German cake & bread baking classes. Small classes, individual stations and 100% hands-on. In case you don’t know this famous northern-German cake, it originated in the Baltic Hanseatic City of Lübeck and consists of layers of hazelnut cake and hazelnut cream covered in Marzipan 😋

Taste the Rainforest! Enjoy our ganache filled chocolate macarons crafted with our own chocolate made from the elusive Awajun cacao beans from the northern Amazon Rainforest of Peru. Notes of red fruit and nuttiness, the Awajun is a truly special cacao bean, grown by the female farmers of the indigenous Awajun & Huambisa tribes. Experience chocolate how it is supposed to taste.
