It’s been 547 days since I have consciously stepped away from teaching. This has been a period of time that has fuelled me with more passion, energy, love, and Voice that I am ready to share with the community — this time my hometown. I can’t wait to move with you Vancouver.

Usually around this time of the year I would find myself in Hong Kong and around Asia facilitating a year end retreat - a collective container with a practice and purpose that resonates.
However, this year we are all celebrating the holidays a particularly different - perhaps distant and away from friends and family. Despite restrictions, there is a deep yearning to connect with my community (and new community) wherever we are in the world.
I am facilitating a 5 Day Virtual Retreat over Dec 27-31st with the intention to bring us together as a community and to explore the practice of coming HOME to the Self as many of us are unable this year to travel and be with friends and family.
