“I’ve been dealing with stigmas like racism all my life and the dementia stigma is just another layer,” says Granville, one of many people affected by dementia sharing their stories this Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.

Granville shares how dementia takes away as much as it gives, and that it’s the gifts that you have to focus on because that is what can set you free.
