We are united across the province!
From large cities to small towns, rural areas and remote communities, people across B.C. are learning, teaching, and helping one another grow.

Decoda supports community-based literacy programs and initiatives in over 400 communities across B.C. These programs serve children, families, youth, adults, seniors, Indigenous communities and new Canadians' communities.

Different communities may have different needs, but literacy connects us all.
Today, we celebrate the learners, practitioners, volunteers, Literacy Outreach Coordinators and community partners working together to make B.C. stronger.
