Think you’re too old at 34? Feeling past your prime at 47? Wondering if it’s too late at 58?
Meet Margaret Johnson—a 100-year-old athlete who laced up her first pair of running shoes at 70. While others settled into slowing down, she was just getting started. Decades later, she’s not only still running—she’s breaking records.
On September 5, at a national senior sports competition, Margaret shattered two records, proving that limits are often just illusions.
Her story is a wake-up call: Age isn’t a stop sign—it’s a green light. Your best years aren’t behind you. They’re wherever you decide to start.

Sometimes we are hesitant to show others our light, our talents, and our gifts, so we stay quiet in the background, thinking we are doing a service by being “humble.” This is not humility.
Selflessness is not dimming your light so others don’t feel uncomfortable with it—that’s actually a selfish act, as you can’t help anyone as a dim light. As a dim light, you can’t show a path in darkness. And trust- many are sitting in darkness and need your light.
True selflessness is sacrificing your comfort zone long enough to achieve your dreams. This is what inspires and ignites inspiration in others.
True humility isn’t about hiding your gifts or dimming your light so others feel comfortable. It’s about owning your uniqueness and using it to uplift, inspire, and guide the people around you. When you let your light shine, you become a beacon—showing those in the dark what’s possible and giving them hope.
Stepping out of your comfort zone and chasing your dreams isn’t just about you; it’s about showing others what courage and resilience look like. It sparks something in them, a fire they didn’t know they had. It gives them permission to dream bigger for themselves.
This isn’t selfish—it’s how empowerment spreads. Being unapologetically who you are is one of the greatest gifts you can give to the world.
Have a beautiful Sunday.

Recharging on this beautiful Victoria Day.
I’m working on innovative ideas to bring excellence to my clients that would blow their mind if they ever experienced working with our team.
This is a difficult task to execute…much easier to have on paper.
My expertise is launching new ideas quickly to profitability and helping other people do the same. My Achilles heel is boredom after 18 to 24 months. In order to get re-excited I need fresh ideas to execute.
In the last 20 years, I’ve gone through six of these cycles of thinking of a unique idea, taking it to market; making it profitable and then doing something else.
is my latest venture… now that the renovations are done and the company has been profitable since day one, I’m at a place that I need to either reignite something new within the company or move on.So - I’m working on reigniting some new ideas to build and layer on top of the existing brand.
I’m always looking for leaders for different ventures. If you’re super ambitious and interested in working together on something, send me a DM.

We thought we were NWA lol.
Much simpler times with family before responsibilities… I am 7 years younger than Raj & Bobby and 3 years younger than Rana so I definitely was the younger annoying brother who they had to take to cool parties lol.
I was in awe of the cars they had and Rana’s hair. I need to find more pictures to post but your upbringing really does determine where you end up.

Our greatest solutions to our biggest dreams only become possible when we forget our past experiences that have taught us our limits.

Most people imitate others vs
Creating themselves.

Keyword = YOU
Be selfish & shine as bright as possible. You’ll inspire more people than you can ever imagine vs trying to imitate someone else

I’m a lifelong learner dedicated to getting better and being better. I’ve realized that if I want more out of life I must BECOME more. Not necessarily work harder but change the inner workings of my mind, energy and vibration.
The more I’ve challenged myself in business the more my spiritual muscle has grown. Creating things in life gives us the opportunity to become the highest versions of ourselves.
All that we set out to do and experience is based on our current Self Image, Faith & Confidence. To create more we must increase our Self Image, exercise more faith and raise our Confidence by doing what we say we are going to do.
Don’t give up on you. Hard just means that you’re growing and something needs to improve with some part of you. Look for patterns in your years and you’ll know what to work on next to elevate your life to then next level.

Just after midnight I’m glued to this book.
I’m hungry to learn. Hungry to evolve. Hungry to grow and become more than I’ve ever been.
I love challenging myself. Seeing how far I can push myself.
How tough am I really? I don’t like the process of finding out but when I start to feel any fear I know I’ve hit some limits and the fun begins.
The self talk starts and I can the chance to become someone new. You bet I’m hard on myself. I push myself. I expect more from myself everyday and I’ve got far to go.
Always day 1.

Stop worry about the messy desk and keep creating, focusing on your future.
Einstein had a messy one too.
Too many people want things to look “clean” and “perfect” BEFORE & DURING their journey and that’s either an excuse to not do anything or it’s a form of perfectionism that will really really slow you down.
Needing it to perfect will absolutely keep you busy doing random things with no results.
Your journey will be Messy, Confusing, Disorganzied, Scary, Beautiful, Enlightning … all the in same day for multiple years.
Embrace your Einstein - learn to move fast through your failures and keep testing until you find your solutions.
Share with someone who’s super talented but stuck because they need it to look perfect.
