Albayan School is hiring a female Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in Arabic and English, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Manage school records and student information; fulfill general office and operational duties.
• Handle basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain prompt communication with the MAC Head Office.
• Communicate with families in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Assist in planning and organizing school events.

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is an asset.

Important

This position is restricted to female candidates as a bona fide occupational requirement consistent with applicable human-rights legislation.

• If the report card says “Reassessment”, attendance is required.
• All new students (ages 6+) must attend for placement.
