Today, we celebrate an incredible group of young men as they graduate and begin the next chapter of their journey.
Representing the Vancouver College Alumni Association, Sean Martinez (VC โ95) welcomed the graduates into the Alumni community by presenting each member of the Class of 2026 with their official Alumni Pinโa symbol of the lifelong bond they now share with more than 9,000 Collegians around the world. Wear it proudly at future Alumni events and gatherings.
While your journey as a VC student may be ending, your journey as a VC Alumnus is just beginning.
Welcome to the brotherhood of VC Alumni. We look forward to seeing where your journey takes you next and celebrating your future successes.
Congratulations, Class of 2026! ๐๐๐

From Homecoming to the Golf Tournament, Irish Christmas Lunch, Motherโs Christmas Tea, the Saints College Basketball Viewing Party, our 1st Annual VC/LFA Alumni Musical Night, the Saints College Boat Race, Sports Day, Mayfair, Delta Deas Rowing, and Grad Legacy Day โ each event was made possible by the dedication, generosity, and passion of our volunteers, parents, spouses, and alumni members.
Together, we celebrated cherished traditions, created new memories, strengthened lifelong connections, and welcomed the next generation into our alumni family.
This has been a record-breaking year for VCAA, and none of it would have been possible without the countless helping hands working behind the scenes. It truly takes a village.
To everyone who gave their time, energy, ideas, and support: thank you. Your commitment continues to strengthen our community and keep the spirit of Vancouver College alive for generations to come.
On behalf of the VCAA, thank you for being part of this journey and helping make this year one to remember.

A strong field of runners toed the 8:00 AM start line, chasing personal bests and the coveted title of Last Person Standing.
The course wound through the bark mulch paths of Fraserview Golf Course and the rugged trails of Everett Crowley Park. Participants came from all corners of the running communityโfrom road runners like Sawyer ('14), fresh off a blazing 2:45 marathon at the BMO Vancouver Marathon, to ultra runners like Sunny, who completed the Hong Kong 100K earlier this year.
The early laps were filled with stories, laughter, and camaraderie. As the miles added up, runners dug deep, tested their limits, and celebrated milestones along the way. Between laps, competitors recovered in their own unique waysโfrom pickle juice to Jason ('95)'s famous "double lawn chair" strategy.
One of the best parts of the day was the community. Every finish line brought more encouragement, more stories, and the traditional "loser beer" courtesy of the Vancouver College Alumni Association. When a runner's day came to an end, they rang the bell and were welcomed back by cheers from fellow competitors.
After an incredible 9 hours of running, our 2026 Fraserview Backyard Ultra champion rang the final bell at 5:00 PM as the Last Person Standing. ๐
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this year's event.
