What does HOME feel like to you?

You know that warm, fuzzy feeling we have that's just like a sense of, "Ahhh, I'm home. This is home. This is my haven." There's a calmness in your heart and lightness in your mind. An epic sense of safety and certainty and peace.

That magical feeling is created within FIRST, then amplified by how you choose to spend your time. In every moment, you have the ability to feel "at home." It’s a feeling that starts in the heart and percolates throughout your body. A feeling that allows us to love deeper, connect stronger, and feel lighter.

So focus on creating HOME internally first. Soften into your heart and trust your body to guide you to this feeling.

It’s always there and always available for us. ❤️

Seriously though - dieting is not doing you any favors.

Did you know that binge eating is a direct result of food deprivation?

So all those fad diets, food rules, and crazy restrictions - they actually cause you to freak out and binge. They are like a big ole red flag to your mind and body that famine mode has been activated, which triggers your monkey mind to go into food obsession mode.

Ever wonder why as soon as you start a (restrictive) diet, you immediately obsess over all the "bad" foods you "can't have"???

It's time to STOP the madness.

👉Stop with the rules.

👉Stop with the restriction.

👉Stop with the diets.

You deserve better ❤️

That's because dieting is no way to live.

You can cycle through every fad diet in existence, but they will never lead to lasting change. They definitely won't lead to happiness.

It's not about rules and restrictions. It's not about the "right diet." It's not about "being perfect." And it's not about willpower.

It's about healing the core issue of WHY you struggle with food and body in the first place. It's about digging into emotions and beliefs.✨

Until you do that work - epic self-discovery and healing - sustainable transformation will continue to elude you. ❤️
