Iâm really excited to share that this spring Iâm running two virtual group coaching programs starting in May for folks with ADHD. This program is perfect for those who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of how ADHD affects your brain and why traditional strategies may fall short in managing attention, impulsivity, and emotional regulation. Further we will be exploring and learning how mindfulness-based practices can help retrain the brain to enhance attention, reduce impulsivity, and improve emotional control. Please note this is not group therapy, rather a skills training course to empower and foster self-growth.

If you hold third party insurance, most insurance providers cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
