Fit4Defense is an interactive violence prevention & anti-bullying program that teaches assertiveness self defense & fitness to inspire confidence&awareness
Fit4Defense teaches empowerment through assertiveness, self-defense and fitness training for the purpose of the prevention of violence, street safety and the development of life skills. It utilizes an effective, standardized curriculum in a dynamic and exciting environment. Classes are being offered in elementary, middle and secondary schools as well as for high-risk youth groups in community settings.

Our next instructor workshop takes place on November 26th and 27th at the offices of Hollyburn Family Services, 267 West Esplanade, #104.
The Fit4Defense Program offers a standardized curriculum for teaching mental and physical awareness, self-defense skills and a practical range of safety, and fitness-related behaviours and assertive strategies. It effectively serves as an anti-bulling program.
Instructor Certification offers you a comprehensive process for acquiring the knowledge and skills to plan and lead Fit4Defense training as a business or as an enhancement to your existing business. Training can be offered in schools, community centres, seniors’ centres, martial arts and sports clubs, and social service agencies.
