LUSTIGE LÖWENZAHN - KRINGEL ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 🌼 Wusstest du, dass Löwenzahn tanzen kann? Aus den Stängeln des Löwenzahn kannst du lustige Kringel machen! 🌼 Schneide dafür den Stängel einer Löwenzahnblüte der Länge nach ein, so dass drei, vier, fünf oder sogar sechs „Beinchen“ entstehen. Tauche ihn nun ins Wasser. Er kringelt sich wie Locken! 🌼 Wenn du die Stängel heraus nimmst, bleiben die Kringel erhalten. Man kann sie aber wieder glätten, indem man das Wasser stark zuckt und den Stängel erneut hineintaucht. 🤓 Grund für die Entstehung der Kringel ist die sogenannte Osmose: Der Saft der Pflanzenzellen enthält viele gelöste Stoffe, vor allem Zuckermoleküle, die sich gern mit möglichst vielen Wasserteilchen umgeben. Werden die Pflanzenstücke untergetaucht, „saugen“ diese Inhaltsstoffe sozusagen zusätzliches Wasser durch die durchlässige Zellwand nach innen und halten es dort fest. Dadurch erhöht sich im Inneren der Zellen der osmotische Druck (=Turgor), und die Zellen quellen auf. Da aber die Außenhaut des Löwenzahnstängels relativ dickwandig und steif ist, dehnen sich nur die inneren Zellen aus, und die Stängelstreifen kringeln sich. Wenn man nun das umgebende Wasser stark zuckert, sind irgendwann die Zuckermoleküle außerhalb der Zellen in der Überzahl und ziehen das in die Zellen eingedrungene Wasser wieder heraus.
