Canada-wide problem: we accept wallet cards as “proof.”
They aren’t.
A card doesn’t prove theory testing, practical evaluation, site authorization, requalification, or who signed off as a qualified evaluator.
If something goes wrong, nobody cares about the card they care what you verified and what you can prove.

Question: If you had 2 minutes to show proof… what could you produce?

If you’re building internal training capability for 2026, IVES Train-the-Trainer certification remains the most trusted, field-proven standard used on real industrial worksites.
These programs focus on what actually moves the needle:
• Pre-use inspections that catch real hazards
• Consistent onboarding for new operators
• Safer, more confident crews
• Reduced downtime and avoidable risk
This isn’t classroom theory, it’s grounded in real equipment and real worksites.
Whether you’re reinforcing compliance, raising operator standards, or leveling up your own qualifications, these programs are built to strengthen capability where it counts.

🎄🧝♂️ OI! NORTH POLE TRAINING IN SESSION!
Before sleighs zoom.
Before forklifts vroom.
Before anyone even looks at something with wheels…
Santa’s crew plants themselves in their seats.
Why?
Because the Chief Trainer Elf has arrived.
Keeper of the clipboard.
Master of the whiteboard.
Destroyer of “I thought I knew.”
This elf teaches:
• which lever does what
• why gravity is rude
• and how guessing summons paperwork
No winging it.
No “I watched someone else once.”
No magic-thinking your way through physics.
Magic helps.
Training saves Christmas.
So listen up, jingle-brains.
Learn first.
Lift later.
Go home with all fingers attached.
From all of us at Ashlar Safety,
Merry Christmas — and may your sleighs be steady and your forklifts behave 🎄

In Canada, operator training isn’t optional, it’s manditory.
Forklifts. MEWPs. Earthmovers. Every machine has OHS regulations and standards your team's training must comply with.
Ashlar Safety training exceeds Provincial OHS regulations and the CSA and ANSI standards that they reference.
